Traditional pet tags show the same information to everyone—your phone number and maybe your address. But different situations call for different information. When your pet is at the vet, they need vaccination records and weight history. When they're at the groomer, they need to know about vaccines. And if they ever get lost, a stranger needs to know how to reach you quickly.

Four Modes for Every Situation

Normal Mode

Default everyday mode. Shows just your pet's name, photo, and breed. Nothing more. Perfect for when your pet is out and about.

Activate when your pet goes missing. Shows your emergency contact information so whoever finds your pet can reach you immediately.

Groomer Mode

How It Works

Generate your pet's QR code

In EstateHelm, open your pet's profile and tap “Create Smart Tag.” We generate a unique QR code linked to your pet.

Get your laser-etched tag

Laser-etched pet smart tags are included with your subscription.* The same QR code works forever—the content behind it changes based on the mode.

Switch modes as needed

Heading to the vet? Switch to Vet Mode. Pet missing? Activate Lost Mode immediately. The QR code stays the same—the profile it shows changes instantly.

Auto-revert with timers

Set Vet or Groomer mode for 1, 2, 4, or 8 hours. It automatically reverts to Normal mode so you don't forget. Lost mode stays active until you cancel it.

Privacy First

You control exactly what information is shared in each mode. Normal mode shows almost nothing—just name and photo. Vet and Groomer modes share health records but not your contact details. Lost mode is the only mode that shares your contact information, and only when you activate it.

Optional messaging (off by default) lets anyone who scans the tag contact you — without seeing your phone number. A safety net you can enable in any mode.

All profile data is encrypted. You can disable the tag entirely at any time, and you can revoke access or change modes instantly from anywhere.
