Calendar Sync uses the iCal standard—the same format used by Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, and virtually every calendar app. Simply enable the feature, copy your unique feed URL, and subscribe from your calendar app.
Your calendar will automatically refresh and show your upcoming events. Toggle which event types you want to sync—insurance, subscriptions, services, maintenance, or valuables.
Your calendar data is encrypted on our servers. We can't read your feed without the key that's embedded in your unique URL. Learn more about our security.
Your calendar feed is stored encrypted on our servers. The data is meaningless without the decryption key.
The decryption key is embedded in your feed URL. We only decrypt the data when your calendar app requests it with the correct key.

When you enable Calendar Sync, a unique AES-256 encryption key is generated in your browser and embedded in your feed URL. Your calendar data is encrypted before being saved to our servers. When your calendar app requests the feed, our server decrypts it on-the-fly and delivers standard ICS format over HTTPS.
Why this matters: Your data sits encrypted on our servers. Without your URL, we cannot read it. This protects against data breaches—even if someone accessed our database, your calendar data would be unreadable without the keys embedded in your URLs.
While we've made Calendar Sync as secure as possible, there are inherent limitations to the iCal standard that you should understand:
Anyone with your feed URL can view your calendar events. Treat it like a password—don't share it or post it publicly.
Calendar feeds only include event titles and dates. Sensitive details like account numbers or credentials are never included in calendar events.
Choose exactly which event types to include. Skip anything you'd rather not have in your calendar.
If you ever suspect your URL was compromised, simply delete the feed and create a new one. The old URL will immediately stop working.
We don't log feed URL requests. Your decryption key passes through our servers only in memory during the request and is never stored or logged.
